PiaSoma is a somatically based approach to personal and professional development and transformation.The foundational premise of PiaSoma is to access the innate wisdom of the body to release stress, chronic tension and trauma. From this renewed state of Being, we gain an expanded perspective, greater freedom in relating to Self and others, and the ability to clearly recognize life-affirming choices.

PiaSoma includes the practices of Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), massage & reiki,
Circle of Life Coaching, kirtan and the movement arts such as tai chi, qigong and yoga.
